Fairtrade is often restricted to traditional objects. The founders of United Pepper wanted to progress the concept of “Fairtrade”. To this end they employed a designer to create unique products based on innovative concepts & original designs.
It is important for United Pepper to grow their suppliers in line with global demand, to open them up to these markets.

United Pepper uses the skills of the people in the producer-countries in the NPD process and to bring the products to market

To support the desire to maintain longlasting production, United Pepper must have access to the widest possible market, achievable through the creation of ongoing direct distribution.

Developments in this sphere of operations, or collaborations with other producers with different skills, sometimes present a genuine challenge to United Pepper, but as often as not the technical solution to bring a product to fruition actually comes from the producer themselves. They make a concrete contribution to product development, and provide numerous innovative solutions to technical problems thanks to their know-how.

United Pepper does not want to trap small producers in the production of local traditional objects, sold in a bogus or artificial manner on global markets but of interest only to a minority. Business must be worldwide and durable for these producers. The longstanding nature of this development is at the heart of sustained and measurable progress.

United Pepper is committed to always making the most responsible choice to minimize environmental impact and the effect of North/South imbalance.
